Friendly quick service

This was my first visit to this dealership for repair of some fairly minor problems. I have a Lexus and felt okay letting this dealership work on it as Lexus has Toyota engine. I was treated very good and very happy to get an easy Uber ride to work. Matt was my service advisor. Everything was explain thoroughly in understandable terms. There were unexpected things wrong that made the bill higher, of course. But Matt tried to help me with some of the costs by discounting some things that he could and some other things he did that helped reduce the cost. He didn't have to do that. Good overall experience.

Had a great experience buying our first car with Gettel. We worked with Frank and he was helpful thru the entire process. We bought a used 2021 Camry with low mileage. Everyone from the finance managers to the service department was knowledgeable and very responsive. We will definitely go there again when it's time to buy a new vehicle.
