Negative reviews are a little extreme I see. I am a business owner and know how day to day operations go. Sometimes the phones are busy. Sometimes you can't get ahold of who you want...at the exact time you think is best for you. The truth is, they are awesome, they are busy, but when you are in touch with someone, the service is outstanding. Yes, I did have to wait for back ordered parts and sometimes call back a few times. The end result is what matters. Everything was taken care of and they went above and beyond to make sure the finished product is what I expected. I would never want to be in customer service because for every one great review you get the complainers who just simply don't understand that the world is not a "your way right away" truth. Eric Erkckson was my collision representative. He was the nicest and straightforward guy out there. Thank you Eric for taking the time to make sure I was taken care of and understanding my concerns. I just wanted to leave a review for the team that really don't deserve the negative comments I read.

We were in from out of town, dropped in to compare the interior on a 1794 Sequoia and ended up purchasing the vehicle but it’s been a nightmare working with the dealership. The communication is impossible and Daniel, the finance associate on our deal is incompetent. We’ve waited almost 2 months to get information so we can get our tag and received a call threatening legal action from our local tag office because we waitoed so long. Daniel continued to tell us they were waiting for the paperwork but the paperwork was waiting for us, it’s just that no one told us. Additionally, we needed an updated temp tag while we waited on our actual tag and it was impossible to get it. We were told it would be overnighted but we got it exactly one week after they sent it. We happened to be back in town and Daniel conveniently was OOO but told us he would print it and have it ready. It was in fact not ready. And the finance director could not be bothered to step away from his cell phone to assist us. And when we asked for help putting it on, he acted like we were an inconvenience. I’d think when we are spending $95k on a vehicle, customer service would matter but no one at this dealership could be bothered. I’d rather pay double than use this dealership again. This is not how you do business, especially to our sales guy who was very new and very inexperienced. The other guys just threw him out to fend for himself. But post sale, he refused to help too. I tried multiple ways of getting in contact with someone and no one would call me back. If you can avoid Gettel of Bradenton, I highly suggest it.

Worse experience I’ve ever had. The sales people need to take ethic classes. It was pretty much adamantly insisted we just let our vehicle be repossessed and not to worry about it hurting my credit score. We were NOT going to do that. We already had been approved through our bank for a loan. They even went as far as calling our present car dealer and demanding they cut the price of the payoff. And was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!
