I have been a client that has been appreciating the services of Gettel Toyota for several years. I keep coming back because I know that the work needed will get done well with my pre-approval of provided Services. If something is suggested that needs attention, that I hadn’t planned on, I am always given the opportunity to have the suggested work done immediately or scheduled for a future date. There has never been any pressure applied but there has always been friendly, and trustworthy service.
The upsell and pressure is too much. If someone (me) comes in for an oil change with a coupon just maybe I don't have hundreds of dollars for repairs the same day.. this is why dealerships have a bad rap.

Repair of damage from rented scooter hitting my car. Although repair was covered by person who caused accident, the original estimate from her insurance company was $2800. The final cost was $7800. I think this was an inflated price.

Matt was great! Very busy but very accomodating. I was there for 6.5 hrs and he said he would even Uber me to lunch! The price was right for me. I was in need of new tires and the 4 tires wern't in then. So I waited. My tires rock! I originally purchased the platinum package in March of 2022.
